ArtIndic will promptly contact you for any further details and payment. Once settled, we'll begin crafting your painting to your specifications. Keep an eye on your mailbox for your art delivery after 2 weeks!
How long does it take to get a custom painting done?
The timeframe varies based on the complexity of the request and the artist's current workload. Typically, a custom piece might take anywhere from a couple of weeks to a few months. We'll provide a more accurate estimate once the order is placed.
Do you only offer paintings or other art forms too?
While our primary focus is on paintings, we also artfully incorporate them into household items, such as trays, enhancing their aesthetic appeal.
What type of paintings are being sold here?
We offer a diverse range of art, including canvas paintings, acrylic murals, and Warli art—a traditional Maharashtrian style. Additionally, we feature Kerala murals on pen trays, acrylic work on textured wood and hardboard, as well as mixed media pieces using acrylic paints. Our collection spans from simple acrylic on canvas to more intricate works on stretched canvas.
I noticed a difference between the painting's image online and the actual painting. Why is that?
We strive to represent our paintings as accurately as possible online. However, due to factors like lighting, camera quality, and monitor calibration, there might be slight variations. Please rest assured that the images are the best representation of the artwork.
How do you price your art?
The pricing is based on the size, complexity, medium used, and artist's expertise. Custom pieces might have varying costs due to the personalized nature of the request.
Can I return or exchange a piece of artwork if I'm not satisfied?
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. For standard pieces, we offer a "15-day" return policy. For custom artwork, returns can be a bit more complex due to the personalized nature of the piece. However, we will do our best to address any concerns.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal. No UPI for now.
Do you ship internationally?
